Before you can add some awesome Camp Dog Cajun Seasoning to some fresh whitetail deer tenderloins, you need to get close enough to the deer to kill it. Thanks to a great gift from Josh at Seemz Technology, each Huntographer on the 2011 social media deer tour, including myself, will get to try their new generation of odor eliminating spray which will hopefully help us all do just that.

So How did this all come about?

Over the last couple of months, I’ve been seeing a good number of mentions for Seemz on Twitter, Facebook and blogs. Then last week, I saw 2 of this seasons huntographers, Tommy and David, aka @ghost1066 and @bigbrother010, talk on Twitter about wanting to try that product out. After seeing that exchange, I immediately thought to myself that I’ve got to reach out to Seemz to learn more about them. If I liked what I heard, I’d inquire about a possible product donation to all the huntograhers on the tour.

So I reached out to Josh and he replied. We chatted. Learned more about each other. And really saw eye to eye on many things. It was a great conversation. A very natural one at that.

I’m a big supporter of entrepreneurs and small businesses. Especially ones that take the time to talk with their fans and potential customers. The passion and vision of making something better is inspiring. The great Steve Jobs led a revolution by asking folks to ” Think Different”. People like Scott from Camp Dog and Josh from Seemz Technology “Think Different”. I do as well. This is why it’s so easy for us to relate and collaborate with each other.

Each large crop starts with small seeds. Huntography is a grassroots movement within the hunting industry. We’re just starting to plant our seeds.
